Rise Endurance Multisport Club meets Tuesdays at 6:30pm for a track session.
These are structured speed workouts on the track that are designed to improve speed, speed/endurance, leg turnover, efficiency, VO2 max, and lactate threshold. Workouts are led by exercise physiologist and coach Joan Scrivanich.
All workouts start on time. Please arrive early and prepared to workout.
What To Have/Bring With You To Workouts:
- Water bottle
- Be dressed to workout and prepared for the weather
- Sports watch to record your times
During Run Workouts:
- A dynamic warm-up will be performed as a group.
