The RocYourBody Class is a Soca Music infused small group training class that strengthens and conditions your total body. The sole purpose is to focus on foundational movements and proper technique to help promote the primary movements of daily living and physical activities
It incorporates a group of functional movements using your own body weight and sometimes a few additional equipment. Learn how to properly perform movements and exercises that will tone your muscles. You’ll notice a change in the capability of your muscles right there during the class. Work every muscle group and build strength throughout your entire body.
